NEW BUSINESS:

Motion to approve Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between certain townships of the Back Mountain Community Partnership regarding a joint purchase of a 2025 Case 110A tractor, an Alamo boom mower and a Buffalo blower. Purchase funds are from a partnership LSA grant award through Jackson Township.
Motion for Solicitor DeLuca to finalize a Land Lease Agreement with Northeast Pennsylvania SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless. The lease agreement is for installing ground equipment to facilitate placement of a communications antenna on the existing tower.
